Are Pearlmano nails reusable?

Absolutely. All Pearlmano nails are handmade, which allows for higher durability and craftsmanship compared to factory-made press-on nails. With proper care and correct removal, our nails can be reused multiple times. 

Please note: if nail glue is used instead of adhesive tabs, the nails may be damaged during removal and may no longer be reusable.

Are Pearlmano nails handmade?

Yes! Every single Pearlmano nail is 100% handmade. Each design is individually hand-painted by our nail artists, making every set truly one of a kind.

How can Pearlmano nails ship so quickly if they are handmade?

All of our nails are handcrafted by our nail artists beforehand, not after you place an order. This means every set has already gone through the full design, painting, and finishing process in advance.

Unlike made-to-order or dropshipping brands that begin production after purchase, Pearlmano keeps a curated inventory of pre-made sets ready to go. This allows us to combine the artistry of handmade nails with the convenience of fast fulfillment.

All orders are shipped directly from Los Angeles, so once you place your order, it can be processed and sent out quickly without long production delays.

Handmade does not mean slow.
It means the craftsmanship happens first, so your delivery can happen faster.

Are Pearlmano nails vegan & cruelty-free?

Yes. All Pearlmano nails are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are deeply committed to ethical practices and environmental responsibility. To reduce unnecessary waste, each set includes only 10 nails, designed for precision fit rather than excess.

Why do you offer multiple sizes instead of one-size-fits-all?

We offer multiple sizes to ensure a more precise, comfortable, and natural fit for different nail shapes. This approach not only improves wearability but also helps reduce waste.

Why do you include adhesive tabs instead of glue in your nail kits?

Unlike adhesive tabs, traditional nail glue can damage both your natural nails and the press-on nails themselves, which makes our nails difficult to reuse. Our adhesive tabs are gentle and easy to apply. When applied properly (see tutorials here!), they last just as long as glue without causing damage.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
We are working on expanding to international shipping soon, please stay tuned.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65.
Shipping fees for orders below this amount is $4.90.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also log into your account using the profile icon at the top of our website to view order updates.

How long does shipping take?

Most standard domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends).

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I fix it?

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after an order is placed. Please contact us at support@pearlmano.com and our team will assist you ASAP!

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Unfortunately, only one discount code may be used per order.

How can I get discount codes?

Return & Exchange

I received the product with an issue. Can I return or exchange it?

We take great care in crafting every Pearlmano set.
If your order arrives with a defect or error, we’ll gladly make it right.

Please email support@pearlmanonails.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. Our team will review your request and offer a thoughtful resolution, such as a replacement or refund when appropriate.

As our pieces are handmade and designed as personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns for sizing or aesthetic preferences.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank, processing times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and are always here if you need support.
