At Pearlmano, each nail set is carefully handmade with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns:
We only accept returns or replacements in the rare case that your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Because our products are handmade and hygienic personal care items, we are unable to accept returns for:
• Sizing issues
• Fit preferences
• Aesthetic differences
• Change of mind

We strongly recommend following our sizing guide carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Damages or Issues: 
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

Our team will review your case and offer a suitable solution (replacement or store credit).

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Personal care items once delivered
• Opened or used products
• Custom or made-to-order sets
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item has a confirmed defect, we will provide a replacement after review.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
• A defect is confirmed and
• A replacement cannot be provided

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
